How do I book my trip?
Once the trip has been customised to your travel requirements, we will send you a link to book your trip. A deposit of 30% is due when you book your trip.
How do I receive my visa to enter the country?
We are happy to support and advise you about your visa.
How do I pay for my trip?
A deposit of 30% is due when you book your trip. The final payment is due 60 days before departure. You can choose to transfer the trip to our German bank account or you can pay by credit card via our website.
Who is my point of contact on site?
We are your local contact. We will provide you with our contact details while you are planning your trip. You can contact us at any time by phone call, text or email. We are always there for you in person.
How can I cancel my trip?
The cancellation policy as per the agreed contract applies.
Which criteria are used to select the hotels?
We select the hotels according to hand-picked criteria and know every hotel. Quality and service are our top priorities.
Are flights included in the tour price?
International flights are excluded from all our travel itineraries. If you are interested in booking flights through us, please contact us.
